"Quest Holdings S.A.", informs, in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1 and 4.1.3.6 of the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange, as applicable, in conjunction with article 17 par. 1 thereof of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and its Council of April 16, 2014, that following a relevant proposal by its Audit Committee and its Board of Directors during its meeting of 01.09.2023, appointed Mrs. Halioti Eleni as Head of Internal Audit Department of the Company replacing Mr. Kyriakopoulos Dimitrios.
Mrs. Eleni Halioti fulfils all the prerequisites and conditions of the law and the regulatory framework and in particular of article 15 of Law 4706/2020 and specifically, she is full-time and exclusively employed, has personal and operational independence, is not a member of the Board of Directors or a member with voting rights in standing committees of the Company, has no connection with anyone who holds any of the above qualities in the Company or in a Group Company and possesses the appropriate knowledge and relevant professional experience to assume the above position. Mrs. Eleni Halioti assumes responsibilities as Head of Internal Audit on September 4, 2023.
