Sustainable Development and Corporate Responsibility

The sustainable development and the continuous pursuit of "responsible entrepreneurship" are a strategic orientation and commitment of the Quest Group. They are reflected in his vision, mission and corporate governance model.

Through a set of policies, principles, values, commitments and procedures, in accordance with the principles of Corporate Governance, the Group systematically seeks to expand its activities in the Greek and international market, the continuous upgrade of its human resources, the reduction of its environmental footprint and its contribution to the well-being of society as a whole, with full compliance with the legislation and active participation in bodies and organizations aimed at supporting the market and responsible entrepreneurship.

The Quest Group Management, at the same time, adopts national and international standards and initiatives, such as the 10 principles of the UN Global Pact on Human Rights, Labor, Environment and the Fight against Corruption and complies with the Greek Sustainability Code.

As required by Law and Regulations, the Group reports its non - financial information within its Annual Management Report. Since 2014 it also supplements its reporting with an annual Sustainability Report, with a view to inform in a transparent manner all of its Stakeholder groups about is strategy, its goals and its performance in all of the material issues regarding the Sustainable Development of the Group and its subsidiaries.

The Sustainability Report 2020 is guided by the 17 UN Sustainable Development goals (SDGs) in determining the impact of the material issues in respect to Sustainability and the setting of appropriate metrics and targets. The Sustainability Report has been created in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards – Core Option as well as the AA1000AP (2018) standard. It also contains selected basic, as well as advanced, sectoral ESG metrics based on the Guide for the Disclosure of ESG Information (2019) published by the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX). The Sustainability Report 2020 has also been externally assured by an independent external certification body (TUV HELLAS (TUV NORD)) and has been found to be in compliance with all the above mentioned standards. In particular, for the duration of the compliance audit with the AA1000AP (2018) standards requirements, the directing guidelines from the AA1000 Assurance Standard (AA1000AS v3) were followed. The Sustainability Report 2020 is also in compliance with the Greek Sustainability Code.

Looking to build a deeper understanding and provide greater transparency, since 2019 the Group has undertaken separate materiality assessments and materiality issues analysis for Sustainability for all its largest subsidiaries that are Info Quest Technologies, Uni Systems , iSquare and ACS.
