Quest Holdings S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to the law.3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mrs Papageorgiou Helen, a person closely associated with Mr. Fessas Theodore, President of the Board of Directors of the Company, proceeded, between 20/05/2025 and 22/05/2025, to the sale of a total of 72.700 common shares of the Company, with a total value of 524.307,86 euro.
