(the Company) announces pursuant to the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that ALPHATRUST ANDROMEDA, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Phaedon Tamvakakis, independent non executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on June 12, 2020, 30.000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 236.021,76.
