Quest Holdings S.A. informs that its 100% indirect subsidiary “Wind Sieben SA” on the 11th of January 2019 acquired the total number of the shares of the share capital of the company under the name "Energiaki Markopoulou S.A." for a consideration of € 1.183.496.
"Energiaki Markopoulou S.A." owns a photovoltaic power station of 0,499 MW at the Municipality of Markopoulo,  Prefecture of Attika.
