Quest Holdings S.A., following its announcement dated 02.02.2026 regarding the Financial Calendar of 2026, amends the Financial Calendar the Financial Calendar for the year 2026 in accordance with articles 4.1.2. and 4.1.4.3.1. of the Euronext Athens regulation as follows:
10 June 2026: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company
12 June 2026: Ex-rights date of dividend
15 June 2026: Determination of beneficiaries (Record Date)
18 June 2026: Payment
The Company has the right to amend the above-mentioned dates, provided that the investors will be informed on time with a new announcement.
