Quest Holdings S.A. announces that, pursuant to Article 49 of Law 4548/2018, in application of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, and in execution of the resolution of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 10/06/2026 and the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 11/06/2026, proceeded during the trading session of 11/08/2026, through the brokerage firm "Eurobank Equities," to purchase 2.000 treasury shares at an average acquisition price of €7.29 and a total transaction value of € 14.574,65.
Following the above-mentioned purchase, the Company holds 1,445,490 treasury shares, representing 1.3481% of the Company's total shares.
